There was a time when I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror. I was tired, frustrated, and honestly — I’d lost hope that things could be different. I tried everything, and nothing stuck. Until something finally did.
I spent years trying to change my body without ever addressing what was going on in my mind. I followed the diets, I pushed through the workouts — but the results never lasted because I hadn't changed the way I thought about myself.
When I made the decision to lose weight for real — not for a number on a scale, but for my life — everything shifted. I lost 100lb, but more than that, I found a confidence and clarity I never expected. I finally felt like me again.
I became a coach because I know how isolating this journey can feel. I know how easy it is to give up, and how incredible it feels when you don't. I want to be the person in your corner that I wish I'd had — someone who's genuinely been there.
I train from my own private studio in El Segundo. It’s a small, personal space — intentionally so. There’s no busy gym floor, no strangers watching, no intimidation. Just a calm, welcoming environment where you can focus entirely on yourself.
